Welcome!
I'm Daniel Ospina, an organization design facilitator, with a passion for decentralised governance and community architecture.
Through my work, I research the future of human organisation, gather and empower communities, envision products, and design social systems and mechanisms.
I'm an instigator at RnDAO - a research-led venture builder and product ecosystem focused on collaboration tech and the future of work. You can learn about our vision here and about our current ventures here.
Before RnDAO, I served as Head of Governance at Aragon (facilitating the design and launch of their DAO) and have advised and contributed to a handful of Web3 Communities. I’ve been a visiting lecturer at Saïd Business School (Oxford University), turned around a family enterprise through embedding self-management practices, started two companies, ran workshops for the likes of Google, BCG and The United Nations, and started as a chef, working my way up through the ranks of Michelin star restaurants.
These experiences have taught me that great ideas can come from anywhere and giving them fertile soil starts with building caring relationships and empowering systems.
I love writing and public speaking (mostly about DAOs and progressive decentralisation these days). You can find my research and insights on the future of organisations and the leadership frameworks we need to get there on platforms like TEDx, Harvard Business Review, or different Web3 and future of work related conferences.
